We are pleased to announce a new partnership between AHKGA and Scotland Moves, launching September 7, 2026!

AHKGA’s global reach helps identify effective policies, practices, and case studies from around the world that promote child physical activity and health. Through this partnership, Scotland Moves will help communicate these examples so they can inform future efforts to improve child physical activity and health in Scotland. With this collaboration, AHKGA bridges the gap between global insights and local/national contexts.

As John Reilly, lead for Scotland Moves, explains:

“The AHKGA Global Matrix countries have developed many practical ways to improve child physical activity and health. These are largely unknown in Scotland and therefore unused here. Scotland Moves will share successful examples from Global Matrix countries as a way of improving child physical activity and health, and reducing inequalities.”
